Wharfedale Homes - John Nightingale | Luscinia Studio

Redeveloped quality housebuilder Wharfedale Homes’ entire brand proposition, alongside designing a fully responsive website, with online and offline marketing campaigns. Branding elements included site boards, brochures and all stationery including logo redesign.

Wharfedale Homes

Wharfedale Homes build high-quality new homes in desirable locations across the Yorkshire region. The company are very proud of their innovation as well as the outstanding build quality and character many associate only with older houses. There was now a need to reach a wider, mobile-savvy audience and highlight these quality elements. The brand was looking tired and dated.

The task was to redevelop their entire brand proposition, alongside designing a fully responsive website, with online and offline marketing campaigns. Developed branding elements including site boards, brochures and all stationery.

The key focus for the website redesign was to include aspirational imagery and detailed local information to better sell homes in their new developments. There was also a more specific need to focus on the promotion of plots at their most recent site development in Dalton, North Yorkshire.

The client was extremely happy with the results and the site has streamlined their process, making the promotion and detailing of new plots very easy and straightforward. Users are more engaged and enquiries have increased ten-fold.

Involvement: Branding, UX/UI, website design, offline and online promotional marketing, brochure design.
