Bradford Theatres encompasses multiple theatre locations in and around the Bradford district, all operating under one umbrella site.
The brief was to produce a complete responsive redesign of their website, to help showcase each of the individual venues and keep their customer base up to date with news on upcoming shows, awards and events
The site had to work harder to promote the actual theatre experience for the customer and improve user experience around the site. The content needed to appeal directly to mobile device users and there was a need to increase engagement and improve bookings through social media and retargeting promotions.
Continual ongoing marketing strategies, including email and social media campaigns, have contributed to improved brand engagement and site traffic increase by over 200% from various devices.
Email marketing campaigns have helped to re-engage customers with email open rates up to 70% and a 45% average increase in traffic to the site year on year.
